Further Background Information

This Report for a Proposed Land Use Determination in the Lal Lal Water Supply Catchment was prepared by Peter King of the then Soil Conservation Authority (SCA) in 1977.

Please note that this report was originally written in support of a Land Use Determination (Special Area Plan) for the Lal Lal catchment. However, a Land Use Determination was not subsequently approved by Government. Although written over 30 years ago, there is background material within this report that may be of interest to some people.
