Marginal bluff of Gippsland Lakes. |

Geology: |
Jemmys Point Formation - sandstones and shell beds. |
Geomorphology: |
This is a steep part of the marginal bluff and includes cliffed sections exposing the Tertiary strata. Wave action and strong tidal currents inhibit beach formation at the cliff base. |

Local. |
Management: |
Footpath construction at the top of the bluff and on the bluff face is need to provide safe access to the rock exposures. |
