Soils of the MMBW Farm Werribee

An investigation of the major soils of the then M.M.B.W Sewerage Farm was carried out by John Maher and John Martin from the former Department of Agriculture in 1978. The purpose of this investigation was to sample, describe and classify soils selected as typical by M.M.B.W staff following their extensive survey of the farm. Descriptions of the major soils are provided in the report as well as analytical data.
