Inventory of Hydrological Research in Hydrology Section - 1981

The purpose of the former Soil Conservation Authority’s hydrological studies were to determine and to understand the relationships of land, landuse and water regime. The studies of this section were a long term research on the effect of landuse and land management on the water regime, in particular types of land. This was done in order to predict the effect of future landuse changes on water flow and quality.
