This map of the potential distribution of Cape tulip (one and two leaf) has been produced from CLIMATE® modelling overlayed with:

Coastal scrubs and grasslands; Dry foothill forest, Grasslands; Plains, valley and coastal grassy woodlands and forests; and riverine grassy woodlands.

Land use:
Pasture irrigated and dryland
Broadacre cropping

Colours indicate possibility of Moraea spp. infesting these areas.
Red = Very High
Orange = High
Light Green = Medium
Dark Green = Likely
In the non-coloured areas the plant is unlikely to establish as the climate, soil or landuse is not presently suitable.
