Common Name:
Cotton thistle

Status:
Not declared noxious in Victoria

Habitat:
Native to Spain. Found mainly in lime soils (Manzaranares et al 1993). Most species grow in rocky or stony ground, roadsides, waste places and similar dry, open habitats (Tutin, 1980).
