Common Name:

false yellowhead

Habitat:

Roadsides, gardens, waste ground, stony hillsides, often in moist situations by rivulets or springs. Sea level to 1,500 metres. (Meikle 1985).Usually prefers but not restricted to high rainfall areas. Found on clay and sandy soils. In southwestern Western Australia found in highly disturbed sites including road verges, firebreaks and walking trails. In bushland, found in disturbed sites in swamps (CRC for Australian Weed Management 2003).
