Soil Development on Stranded Beach Ridges - County Lowan

The report: "Soil Development in Relation to Stranded Beach Ridges of County Lowan, Victoria" was prepared by G. Blackburn, R.D. Bond

and A.R.P. Clarke from the former CSIRO Division of Soils in 1967. The aim of this investigation was to determine reasons for the irregular distribution
of the contrasting soils (i.e. sands and clays) in the former County of Lowan in western Victoria.
