Series A

Soils included in this series have the overall profile characteristics of those included in the Wycheproof series. However, the profiles of Series A differ mainly in their reaction trend (neutral) and contain large amounts of stones throughout.

In the current survey, this series includes one soil type ‘Type A’.

Occurrence:

Type A mainly occurs on sandy rises and in association with the skeletal soils commonly found in the hilly terrain.
