Type D

Map Symbol: D

Geology: Late Pleistocene to Holocene.

Landform: Isolated low-lying areas.

Vegetation: Areas are too small to suggest original vegetation.

Classification Range: The only site formally classified was Site IS29.

Occurrence: Type D occurs as a minor soil type in the prior stream flood plain and in the dune and swale landscape units.
