(depths variable) Brown (7.5YR4/3) with few faint red mottles; light clay, sandy; strong coarse to medium prismatic and angular blocky structure (peds 10–100 mm); strong consistence when dry; pH 8.0:

C

70–150+

Light clay, sandy; abundant soft calcareous segregations; pH 8.8.

Management Considerations

  • Gradational, alkaline (calcareous) profile.
  • High amount of wind blown carbonates, some salts.
  • Depths of horizons are very variable.
  • Lunette, well drained site drainage.
