Background
As a response to increasing problems associated with salinity, the Victorian Government Salinity Program released ‘Salt Action:Joint Action’ in 1988. One of the first steps of the Program was to instigate the production of Salinity Management Plans (SMPs) for catchments across Victoria. Environmental indicators that the project monitors
